Let’s put some more Cons into this:
1) This product is so cheap in appearance as most of Chinese products
2) Its design with that long stalk is so annoying, as it easily gets on your way to your steering wheel or to the gearstick with each turn you take
3) To avoid its annoying interferring with your steering or gears changing, you probably need to bend the stalk at least twice to lower the grip bit, but its stalk is not that flexible to let you get it in favourable shape
4) The remote control never worked
All in all, my reccommendation is to not waste your money on tis item and buy one of those FM transmitter without stalk but with the cable for lighter connection

I ordered this product on the 4th November and it came on 6th November, so I really can’t argue with the delivery. When it arrived, from feeling the parcel, I could tell it was not in a box. Lo and behold, it wasn’t, but simply wrapped in bubble wrap and a polythene bag. I think a reviewer on a similar product found theirs the same way. As well as no box or branded packaging there is also a lack of instructions. Saying that, it isn’t hard to set up at all but at least some ‘official’ things would have been nice!
The USB port on the side had a slight knock, as the top piece was bent slightly. However, this doesn’t stop a USB cable being plugged in.
The neck of the product is flexible and stable at the same time, and you can also adjust the top of the neck, so your iPhone/ iPod can be standing straight up, or lying completely flat. I would suggest leaning it back slightly as my iPhone did not stay in or on the supports, but that was due to the layout of my car interior which I’ll now lead onto……
…… I have a Clio, and the cigarette lighter is almost flat, lying behind the gearstick. Now I am reviewing this mere hours after trying it out, but I think wherever I put it, the gearstick will keep getting in the way! That’s something I can do nothing about unfortunately, so bear in mind if you are considering buying this that the neck is roughly 6/7″ long and could get in the way of the gearstick. I haven’t used the remote control yet, though I’m not sure what it will bring to it, can only see the benefit if a passenger used it.

No official packaging/ instructions etc
Bottom supports could be longer or come with a lip to offer further grip and support
Gearstick in the way, but that’s Renault’s fault!
Only 4 stars because I can’t trust entirely who’s made this product!
A good, cheap fm transmitter however, hope this helps!
