works great and does what it says on the tin.
Some people have mentioned it not fitting in their cigarette lighter but i have a mazda and it fits fine. The coiled cord is good as it minimises the amount of loose wire flapping around your car, yet still more than enough wire to reach a dashboard or window mount for sat nav uses. Quality seems good, and feels sturdy enough. I’ve has other Griffin products in the past and they have all been good quality.

This charger works fine with my iPod Touch 3rd gen 16gb.
One thing I’ve noticed: If I’m playing music at the same time through the AUX in my little Citroen C1 I get a lot of buzzing while it’s charging, but this doesn’t happen in our Mondeo. So, you might need to buy yourself a family car to go with this charger!!!

Power Charger

This charger works well, though I purchased if to charge my iPhone when using it as a GPS in a cradle on the windscreen and found the cable is really too short for this. I have to wrap the end of the coiled lead around the cradle to ensure it doesn’t pull the charger end downwards in the sockets (and potentially damage the iphone). I would advise if you are using this for charging your device in the centre console this is perfect, but for screen based use, I’d probably look at alternatives. Shame, because the build quality and look is excellent.
